How to do a pencil pushup

  1. Find a pencil or pen, and hold it out at arm's length.

  2. Look at the end of the pencil, and keep focused on it with both eyes.

  3. Move it slowly toward you, until it becomes blurry.

  4. Keep going as far as you can while keeping the pencil tip single.

  5. Hold and keep single, when you see double or your eyes become strained start over and try again.
